Here are the steps:
- Candidates send their CVs to the company by following the instructions provided.
- If the CV is shortlisted, the candidate will receive an interview call via email.
- The candidate should prepare their CV and any relevant project URLs and code before the interview.
- The candidate can choose their preferred language (English or Hindi) for the interview.
- After the interview, the results will be declared within 3-5 days via email, indicating whether the candidate has been selected or not.
- If selected, the candidate will receive an offer letter via email with all the details, and they must fill out an attached employment form to accept the offer.
- After receiving the employment forms, the candidate will be added to the company’s workspace portal as a staff member.
- The candidate must log in to the workspace portal to verify their details and enable 2-step authentication.
- The company will hold a knowledge transfer and customer relationship management training program for the candidate’s basic training, which will last for 3-5 days.
- After the training, the intern will start receiving tasks and projects to work on.
- Interns who are eligible will receive an internship certificate after 3 months of joining, and may be offered a full-time position with the company.
- Not all interns will be paid, only a few selected individuals will receive payment for their internship.
